Bio
I graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 1996, and later earned my Master of Science in Computer Science in 1999. My studies focused on user interface software, computer graphics, computer vision, and networking.
I have spent over two decades developing software across the full stack — from backend systems and APIs to front-end and mobile interfaces — with experience at companies such as Nortel Networks, ESPN, AT&T, Samsung, Yahoo!, and Libro.fm. I have also been an early employee at multiple startups and am drawn to innovative, meaningful projects.
I have taken on technical leadership responsibilities beyond individual contribution — driving process improvements such as expanding unit test coverage, strengthening CI/CD pipelines, and raising API documentation standards, while also mentoring junior engineers.
I am happily married to my wife Maribeth and have a daughter, two cats, and a dog. When not working, I enjoy running, books, music, and movies.
